I chose this profession because it is wonderful to teach people the joy of music. The quest to find what is needed in each student or group of people at that moment and to respond to that is a very nice challenge.
I don't have any direct icons on a pedestal. I try to learn something from every teacher or colleague, and the students/course participants are also an inspiration to me.
