In the Lectures The usefulness of stoicism <\/em>you will learn all about the Greek and Roman Stoics and their heirs. You will delve into contemporary psychotherapeutic currents in which the thinking of the Stoics is reflected. We will also explore the influence of Stoicism on the self-help industry, among other things. The common thread in this series of ten lectures? The fundamental Stoic question: 'how can we change the relationship between ourselves and the world, between ourselves and others and between ourselves and the things that happen to us by changing our 'thinking'?'<\/p>\n
