We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). In this privacy statement we inform you what data we process, for what purpose, how long we keep your data and what your rights are.

This privacy statement also applies to e-mail messages sent by employees of Platform C from an e-mail address that contains one of the above websites after the @ sign. Please be aware that Platform C is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and sources.
Our use of collected data
Goals
We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this privacy statement unless we ask for and receive your permission in advance.
Communication
To perform our services, and to communicate about them, we record certain personal data. With this data, we can ensure that our activities are conducted correctly, or better answer your question. The data is stored on secure servers. A daily backup of the data is kept in an external, secure location. We will not combine this data with other personal data in our possession. If you send e-mail or other messages to us, we may retain those messages for two years.
Systems for course and rental administration.
We process personal data in execution of the agreement with you. Such as the course agreement or rental agreement. You are obliged to provide personal data to us. If you do not wish to provide the personal data we cannot execute the agreement and you cannot use the services of Platform C.
We are also required by law to process and retain personal data related to billing for seven years.
Newsletters
Platform C sends newsletters. We process your name and email address based on consent (Article 6(1) under a AVG). You always have the right to withdraw your consent. You can do this by unsubscribing to the newsletter. At the bottom of each mailing you will find the option to unsubscribe.
Camera surveillance
To promote security, Platform C uses camera surveillance. The cameras focus only on public areas. No sound is recorded. Images up to a maximum of 1 month old can be reviewed by a limited number of employees. We process camera images based on the legitimate interest to protect employees and visitors.
Cookies and remarketing
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, tablet or phone. On our sites as listed above, we use cookies. With these we ensure that certain parts of the website work properly. They also measure visits to the website. This information gives us insight into the preferences of our visitors and allows us to better tailor our activities and communications to their needs.
Furthermore, we use cookies for retargeting. If you have shown interest in something on our website, we can use this technique to serve you relevant ads and information on external websites (including Facebook and Google). We show these based on an analysis of your previous click behavior on www.platform-c.nu, using the retargeting cookie. This is all done completely anonymously. No privacy-related data is ever stored and no usage profiles are associated with it.
Disable cookies

If you do not want us to use cookies, you can disable them in the settings of your Internet browser (search "help" if you can't find it in the menu). Pages and information within our website can be shared via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, for example. They use cookies for this purpose. The information they obtain in this way is stored on their servers. Platform C has no influence on what third parties like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram do with information they collect through cookies. You can find more about this in their privacy statements.
Third Parties
Any information about you is processed in our administration systems. These are provided by our established partners, with whom we have processing agreements. We will never pass on or sell your information to an unrelated third party. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to ask us to view, or receive a copy of, change, and under certain circumstances delete the personal data we process about you. You may also ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data.
You can also object to the (further) processing of your personal data. For example, you can object to us using your personal data for marketing purposes. To do so, please send an email to info@platform-c.nu.
