Who are English language classes for?
Courses are open to anyone 18 and older. Choose a beginner or semi-advanced course.
English classes details
Each class lasts 1.5 hours. Classes are held on Monday evenings. Classes are held in English but the teacher also speaks Dutch. The following levels are offered:
- Beginners A2 (for people who already have some prior knowledge of English)
- Semi-advanced B1 (for people who have already reached the A2 level and thus have a foundation in the English language)
Working Form
The teacher uses the teaching method Cambridge English Empower with online exercises for home, through a digital platform. This method emphasizes all practical skills, with an emphasis on practicing speaking skills, starting from the beginner level. To ensure sufficient personal attention for everyone we work in small groups.

About the teacher
A fun fact about Vicki: I have worked and studied in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Spain and once came to the Netherlands myself as a newcomer. Because of this, I understand what it means to adapt to a new language and culture and the challenges it brings!
