Marketing & Communications Specialist (0.8 FTE)
As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing and communications activities for Platform C and Cultuureducatie Amstelland. You will translate organizational objectives into concrete campaigns and communications, both online and offline. In doing so, you will work closely with the Social Media & Content Specialist. You will also coordinate marketing and communications projects: you will create schedules, coordinate tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure smooth execution.
In addition, you will be responsible for the website, social media channels, news coverage, informational materials, and corporate identity. You will monitor quality and ensure that our positioning and communication strategy are consistently reflected in all communications.
You’ll work alongside colleagues, external partners, and relevant networks in Amstelveen. You’ll monitor the results of marketing and communication activities and translate insights into improvements. Through your efforts, you’ll increase the visibility and reach of Platform C and help boost participation in our activities and programs.

Service & Information Associate (average of 15 hours)
At the reception desk, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, students, instructors, and other stakeholders. Whether it’s a question at the desk, a phone call, or an email, you’ll ensure a warm welcome, clear information, and an appropriate solution. You’ll be part of the Operations Department.
No two days are the same. You’ll assist with a variety of tasks related to course administration, room rentals, and day-to-day operations. In addition, you’ll help with open houses, events, and other activities designed to welcome new students. You’ll work closely with colleagues from the Operations department and other teams within the organization.
You’ll be working in a dynamic environment where you’ll frequently switch between different tasks and interact with various people. Thanks to your ability to see the big picture, your flexibility, and your service-oriented attitude, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly and that visitors feel welcome. In short: a versatile role with plenty of variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a difference.

Piano Accompanist for the First String Orchestra
Are you an (amateur) pianist with an hour to spare on Wednesday afternoons? Platform C is looking for a pianist who would enjoy volunteering to play the First
Accompany the string orchestra during rehearsals (every other week) and at concerts.
Platform C is a leading institution with a rich tradition and history in string and orchestral education in the Netherlands. Many students have started their careers here and gone on to join our national orchestras. Would you like to contribute to the development of young talent at
Do you play the violin or cello? Then come play with us!
What are we asking for?
– You are a pianist who can read music well, with experience in ensemble playing and accompaniment.
– You are regularly available on Wednesday afternoons between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
– You are willing to do this on a volunteer basis
