Employee planning and hiring
We are looking for a planning and rental employee. You will handle private and business requests in the area of room rental and internal space usage. You process information, requests and reservations in the reservation system (Room Calendar). You also take care of the internal room schedule regarding classes and courses. You draw up offers for rentals, monitor their follow-up and take care of the invoicing for the rentals. You also translate this into practical agreements with the janitors. As a member of the operations department you also support the department head in the area of IT by, for example, creating new colleagues in various systems.

Classical guitar teacher
The Music, Dance and Theater Department of Platform C has as its guiding principles starting young, playing together a lot and performing often, and has a rich history. For decades, our principles have provided a breeding ground for the high level of playing, ensembles and orchestras within the organization. A team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable teachers shapes the education together. For our organization, we are looking for a: classical guitar teacher (approximately 10 hours per week, with possible growth). You will be available starting August 26 and we will introduce you to students and colleagues during the month of June.
