In these classical ballet classes for adults, you will learn the basics of Vaganova technique. You will work on posture, technique, coordination, musicality, presentation and of course dance fun! All in one makes it fun to take this course, challenging yourself both physically and mentally.
What to expect.
This course is for adults who have no experience with classical ballet or for whom it has been a while and want to build it up again gently.
Classes last one hour and are taught during a school year, divided into 3 blocks of 10 classes. For each block you must re-enroll.
NOTE: The block beginning in May has 8 classes. Overpaid tuition will be refunded, upon placement.
There are no mandatory dress code, but a ballet suit and tights are a good option. Leggings and a T-shirt that is not too wide are also fine, as long as you can move comfortably and your body is visible to the teacher. Ballet shoes are recommended.
No homework
Hands-on, lots of practice and immediate application of the techniques learned.
