The bass guitar is the master of rhythm. On the bass guitar, together with the drummer, you lay the rhythmic and harmonic foundation of the music. On such a foundation a band can build. A bass guitar also wants to go loose sometimes, and it can. Fine solos abound in the history of pop, jazz, blues and world music. With your own approach and input, you can define your bass style and, to a large extent, the entire sound. Just listen to the "slap" style in Love Games by Level 42. That is also bass, in a very special way.
Extra: Starting the second year of lessons, you can play for free in one of the ensembles or bands.
After your application is completed, the instructor will contact you about the class day and class time. Grading is done on the basis of equal age and level. Sometimes the interest is so great that we unfortunately have to work with a waiting list. This course starts after the summer vacations.
