Welcome to our Orchestra for Adults in Project form! In a clear nine-week project, we study a beautiful musical program, which we conclude with a final presentation. Everyone can participate, because the music is arranged to suit your needs. There is room in the orchestra for both beginners and advanced players.
What to expect. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere you will learn to play together in a large orchestra. We rehearse in a beautiful hall with music specially adapted to your level and instrumentation. This makes playing together a pleasant and educational experience.
During the course we will work in projects.
Our orchestra is intended for adults ages 18 to 81+. We require a playing level of 2 to 3 years. It is the ideal orchestra to start if you have never played together before, but advanced players will also find their place here thanks to the customized arrangements.
The course consists of 10 lessons of 1 hour each. On the last evening we conclude with an extra hour for the presentation.
Music will be emailed in PDF format prior to the project.
We ask you to practice at home using recordings to help you develop.
The course is 100% hands-on. We focus on ensemble play and practice intensively with each other.
