Learn to draw in our inspiring drawing course! Whether you are a beginner or want to take your drawing skills to the next level, our instructor will guide you step by step through the drawing classes.

What will you learn in the drawing course?

  • Basic techniques of drawing: Learn the fundamentals of drawing with simple assignments. We use a variety of materials such as pencil, charcoal, (Siberian) chalk, ink and/or pastel. All materials will be provided during class.
  • Key terms: Deepen your understanding of drawing concepts such as composition, perspective, atmosphere, perception, light and shadow.
  • Creative expression: Develop your own style and discover the freedom of creative expression through drawing.
  • Art historical insights: Be inspired by examples of important illustrators through the ages. Learn from the greats in art history.

Who is this course for?

Whether you have never touched a pencil before or already have some drawing experience, our instructor will motivate and guide you at your level. More experienced students are challenged to push their artistic limits during this drawing course.

Free participation in ensembles

Making music together is great fun and very educational. You can do that with us in one of the many ensembles! There are ensembles for different instruments, levels and compositions. Are you taking instrumental lessons at Platform C? Then participation in the ensembles is free. Your teacher will invite you to join and see what suits you best. If you are not taking lessons yet, make a choice from our lessons on offer and sign up.
