In the first weekend of November, Amstelveen was all about art and culture. During the very first edition of KunstOpentDeuren Amstelveen - the successor of the former Atelierroute Amstelveen - visitors could enjoy exhibitions, workshops and musical performances all over town.
Visitors of all ages did not let the fall weather stop them and enthusiastically trekked through the various venues. The weekend was all about meeting, inspiring and celebrating local creativity.
Platform C made a special contribution to the program with a series of performances in De ANNA. Performers there included De Amstel River Singers, Traffic Jazz, String Orchestra Kopgroep and The Songbirds, with music ranging from classical to pop and from a cappella to jazz.
An inspiring weekend full of connection and creativity.
