This coming weekend (Saturday, Nov. 1 and Sunday, Nov. 2), both Platform C's funky jazz band "Traffic Jazz" and string orchestra "Kopgroep" can be heard during ArtOpenDoors!
Traffic Jazz has been a regular band of Platform C for many years, led by Theo Boddeke. The band members have played the roof off many a stage. Once again it will be a party!
Strijkorkest Kopgroep is the Amstelveen string orchestra for high school students. Under the inspiring direction of Jeanny Beerkens they play music by Rameau, Vivaldi, Bach (with soloist Vivienne van Heteren) and Britten.
So come all to the ANNA Amstelveen! They play there at the following times:
- 1 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Traffic Jazz
- 1:45 - 2:15 p.m. Head group
