Saturday, June 13, promises to be a wonderful evening in the Urbanuskerk on Noorddammerlaan. Two string orchestras of Platform C, led by teachers Lizette Bertelsmann-van Rooij and Jeanny Beerkens, will give beautiful performances. Platform C's Podiumklas will also play a diverse and challenging repertoire in various line-ups.
Extra special: Hans Scheepers, teacher/composer at Platform C, wrote a composition especially for this Podium Class. The eight members of the Podiumklas will play this piece of music in front of an audience for the first time this evening. So you are going to attend a premiere!
Come enjoy beautiful music, the high level of playing and be surprised by the musical talent within the community of Amstelveen.
