Trial Class: Theater for Teens

Wondering if theater is right for you? Come to the free trial class!

Do you enjoy acting, improvising, and storytelling? Or do you just want to find out what it’s like to be on stage? During the trial theater class at Platform C, you’ll work with theater instructor Sharon Varekamp on a variety of theater exercises.

The trial class is open to all high school students. No experience is necessary. After the trial class, if you’re interested, you can continue at Youth Theater 1 (Grades 1 and 2) or Youth Theater 2 (starting in 3rd grade). In both courses, you'll ultimately work together toward putting on a real performance.

The trial class is free, but it's important that you sign up.
