Bhangra dance is an Indian folk dance practiced mainly in the Punjab region of northern India, where it is often part of wedding celebrations. This dance is also frequently featured in the popular Bollywood films, which are mainly shot in Mumbai.

Bhangra dance is a very energetic dance, with movements of hands and legs to the beats of the percussion instrument dhol. It is not difficult to master this catchy dance and a great way to quickly work on your fitness!
Dates and age groups
Kanika Bansal teaches dance classes for two groups: children ages 6 to 12 and children ages 13 and up + adults. Classes take place on the following dates:
